New recruitment process

FYI for everyone
3/5 leaders needs to approve an application before it gets approved, it takes a bit longer but we're @ almost full so we need to be pickier sorry for the hassle to all applicants I wish we could upgrade the guild to hold more people but we're really not into sub guilds so unless we can make it more than 100, this will be the new process.
